World Teacher’s Day

World Teachers’ Day is a day celebrated annually on October 5th to recognize and appreciate the contributions of teachers to society. The day was first designated by the United Nations in 1994 as a way to celebrate the important role that teachers play in education and in the development of young people.

World Teachers’ Day is celebrated in countries around the world, with events and activities organized to honor and recognize the hard work and dedication of teachers. The day is an opportunity to show appreciation for teachers and to celebrate the important role they play in the lives of students and in building strong and healthy communities.
