International Friendship Day

International Friendship Day is a day celebrated annually on July 30th to honor and celebrate the bond of friendship. It is an opportunity to appreciate and show gratitude to friends for their support, love, and companionship. International Friendship Day was first established in 1958 by the United Nations as a way to promote the ideals of friendship and international understanding.

The day is celebrated in many countries around the world, often with the exchange of cards, gifts, and other tokens of affection between friends. It is also a time to reach out to those who may be lonely or in need of a supportive friend and to strengthen the bonds of friendship within communities.
