District Board Meeting

A Rotary District Board Meeting is a meeting of the board of directors of a Rotary District, which is a geographical division of Rotary International.

Rotary International is a global organization of service clubs with over 1.4 million members in over 200 countries. The purpose of Rotary is to bring together business and professional leaders to provide humanitarian service, encourage high ethical standards, and help build goodwill and peace in the world. Each Rotary District is led by a board of directors, which is responsible for the administration and management of the Rotary clubs within the district. District Board Meetings are typically held on a regular basis and are an opportunity for the board of directors to discuss district business and make decisions about the direction of the district.
