International Youth Day

International Youth Day is a day celebrated annually on August 12th to recognize and celebrate the contributions of young people around the world. The day was first designated by the United Nations in 1999 as a way to recognize and support the efforts of young people to make a positive impact in their communities and the world. International Youth Day is celebrated in countries around the world, with events and activities organized to raise awareness about the issues and challenges facing young people and to highlight their contributions to society. The day is an opportunity to recognize the potential and the power of young people to create positive change and to support their efforts to make a difference in the world.
